this morning i was in a creative mood and wanted to add a little pizazz to our morning eggs. nothing stood out particularly, then i remembered our favourite quick pasta sauce (butter + marmite) and thought, ‘why not?!’ i am so glad i tried it cause it tasted amazing! really rich, complex flavours. perfect with my monmouth coffee.

1 organic, free-range egg
1 Tbsp organic butter
1 tsp marmite
melt butter in frying pan and stir in marmite. crack egg into pan and fry to desired doneness. i like mine sunny-side down!
