when you just need a treat


ok, so a story i won’t get into here, because i am working on a different post that will explain it all…but, i have gone wheat and dairy free.


its been 4 days (i know, i know, not that long…) but i needed a treat. so i made something up! and i’m going to share it because they are, indeed, delicious!

i’m calling them: coconut mud balls

ingredients: 3 lg squares (6 small) dark chocolate, 1/3c peanut butter, 1/4c coconut, 1/4c oatmeal, handful of raisins, 3Tbsp brown sugar and 2tsp vanilla.

warm chocolate and peanut butter in microwave, stirring often until chocolate melted. stir in all other ingredients and form into balls with your hands.
